We had a great gathering of 34 ladies today. A lovely breeze through the hall kept us cool.
Our members are still producing lots of craft and as soon as it is completed I will be able to post it on our Blog.
Our Christmas Lunch will be held at Church on Palmer - a lovely menu to choose from.
The Workshop with Jenny Horsford is still open and Di is taking names for this. A kit for $100 is available with a choice of four different scenes.
The Block of the Month has lots of entries and open until next week when a draw will be made to see who is the lucky winner.
The badge draw was won by Marion today.
Saturday Sewing is on the 10 November.

Anne has completed this pretty Poncho for her Granddaughter. Looks like she could wear it herself. |
|
Diana has a group of people that raise money for charity, so for this she has made this vibrant quilt in a Teardrop pattern to be 2nd Prize |
|
And this huge quilt is to be 1st prize |
|
Marion and Di recently did a Stephanie Allen workshop, where they made these bags, unfortunately the photo does not do the intricate artwork justice. |
|
This is the reverse of the bags. |
|
Di has also made this bag featuring a Boab tree. |
|
This bag with no name looks like many hours of work. Strips of bias cut material are wrapped around cotton rope and then all zig zagged together to make this very sturdy basket. Di has been a very busy lady. |

Cathy said this was a very simple project she did with her Granddaughter. This quirky doll has the name of Ms Patchy. Well done getting young ones interested in sewing. |
